League play cancellations: We do not issue refunds for league play tickets. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend the event, please get in contact and we will happily transfer your ticket to a different date. If you give your ticket to someone else to take your place, kindly let us know so that we have an accurate idea of who is attending. We reserve the right to remove players from the game at our discretion.

 

Private event cancellations: Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 13 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours to the event are non-refundable.
